What is Link Triumph?

Link Triumph is a light-weight WordPress plugin that solves link-related display problems to improve usability. It automatically adjusts the Web page's scroll position so that nothing is hidden that should be revealed.

Link Triumph is currently in development. Some of the features do not, as yet, exist, though I do plan to include them in the final product. This document is a draft introduction.

Why Use Link Triumph?

Link Triumph keeps your site visitors from becoming frustrated. Happier users are likely to stay at the site longer, more likely to purchase, and more likely to share the site with friends.

Improving the user experience may also improve search engine optimization (SEO). A better user experience means a lower bounce rate, which Google's algorithm uses as one factor for ranking. And of course the more often people come to the site, the higher the SEO ranking score.

Link Triumph:

In addition, Link Triumph can scan representative website pages to generate a list of sticky elements along with their HTML/CSS id's and classes. For plugins and themes in our database, our plugin can also show the names of the plugins or themes that created the sticky elements. This helps website administrators specify which sticky elements Link Triumph needs to watch, via the plugin's settings. It also helps administrators and developers identify sticky elements for troubleshooting and testing. (Small screen sizes in particular carry the risk that a sticky element will take up the whole screen, making the rest of the screen inaccessible.)
